Our Worst Nightmare!

Motorcyclists, under the law, must be given the same courtesies on the road as other vehicles. Many of us who ride know that other drivers don't always follow this important rule. You have to drive defensively. You also can protect yourself when an accident occurs by hiring an attorney who knows the law and the problems associated with motorcycle riding and one who will protect your rights. We make home and hospital visits for our clients.

Dick Rosché has been riding a motorcycle for over 40 years. He has represented motorcyclists for his entire legal career in Western New York. He has not only helped numerous motorcyclists recover damages caused by careless automobile and truck drivers, but he has also donated his legal time without charge to defend the rights of all motorcyclists in Buffalo and Erie County.

Most of you have enjoyed riding a motorcycle in the Erie County Parks. However, there was a time when motorcyclists were banned from Erie County Parks. Mr. Rosché, without charge, sued the County of Erie in Federal Court forcing them to open the parks to all who ride motorcycles.

Mr. Rosché also represented District 4 of the American Motorcycle Association and is a member of the following clubs:

Blue Knights International Motorcycle Club, NY V
Regent Riders Motorcycle Club
A.B.A.T.E. of Buffalo

If you have been injured in a motorcycle crash in Erie County or anywhere else in New York, remember to PROTECT YOUR RIGHTS AND CALL MOTORCYCLING ATTORNEY RICHARD J. ROSCHÉ at 716-741-9802.  Or, if you prefer, you can email Attorney Rosche.
